Hours you cannot prove are hours you cannot bill
Boom lifts, scissor lifts, earthmovers and cranes are rented on a contract day, typically 8 hours within a 08:00–20:00 shift. When a machine runs longer, the overtime is chargeable. Without a record, it is argued over or written off.
Owners also lose money to machines idling with the engine on, machines used outside agreed hours and devices tampered with to hide usage. LiftTrack records all of it automatically, from the machine's own run signal.
Run hours
Engine and hydraulic run time per machine, per day.
Overtime
Hours beyond contract, calculated and priced automatically.
Breach alerts
Out-of-shift use reported to owner and site heads.
Tamper alerts
Power cut or disconnection while the machine is running.
Every machine as one tile
Each tile is one machine, coloured by state: in use, idle, overtime, breach or offline. Fleet hours, overtime hours and the extra charge update as the day goes on. Clicking a tile in the real dashboard opens that machine's day.
- Fleet alert log with SMS and WhatsApp delivery
- Weekly contracted vs chargeable hours for all machines
- Daily fleet report for billing and site heads
- Works on any machine with a 12/24 V supply
What unbilled overtime is costing you
Even half an hour a day per machine adds up. These are hours you currently have to take on trust.
